We are presently located inTamworth, NSW Australia,
our location changes as my employment requires me to move on a regular basis. This provides for interesting times, as all of the Aviaries must be dismantelled and cleaned ready for moving. The birds packed and then all setup again in a new location.
REG BREEDERS of AUSTRALIAN NATIVE BIRDS
Serenity Aviaries was established in 1992 as the demand for our birds began to grow..
The name came from friends and visitors who found that the birds gave Serenity form busy lifestyles.
Over the years we have kept many of the Australian Parrots but are now concentrating on breeding Australian lorikeets and Redrump Grass Parrots.
We still have a few Finches and Quarrions  as these have always graced our aviaries. With the odd Budgie added in as well.

Presently we are working with the Redrump Grass Parrot on the
                                  OPALINE PIED mutation
                                               and
                      Scaly Breasted Lorikeet mutations.
Now having OLIVE, CINNAMON and MUSTARD colours in the                                                                     Scaly breasted Lorikeets.

Our Birds are housed and breed in both Suspended and Normal Aviaries and are wormed on a regular basis.
We like to swap ideas with other Aviculturists, as I believe that this is how we can all learn and be of our greatest benefit to the Birds which we all keep.
Please visit the Links which are on this page and if you would like to add us to yours please do.If you wish to contact us please feel free to do so. I have contacts now in many countries and I benefit greatly from our exchanges of ideas.

Our Lorikeets are feed a diet which consists of a dry pollen substuite and a wet mix. They get fresh fruit daily. The feeding of seed to lorikeets is not recommended as it will damage the small stuctures on the end of the tounge which they use to gather Pollen and nectar.
